EMDR THERAPY

EMDR therapy will help you overcome trauma and move forward with confidence

Learn more about Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and its benefits.

Efficiency

EMDR has been found to be more efficient and comprehensive in treating symptoms caused by trauma than methods such as behavior therapy, biofeedback, or active listening.

Natural Healing

EMDR’s foundation is rooted in Adaptive Information Processing. It facilitates the brain’s natural, functional healing process, providing clinicians with a therapeutic protocol to create a clinical roadmap for effective treatment.

Integrative Approach

With its fully integrative approach, EMDR utilizes imaginal exposure, mindfulness, and somatic and cognitive techniques that lead to rapid symptom reduction and leaps in adaptive functioning.

Unparalleled Effectiveness

EMDR therapy helps children and adults of all ages with challenges such as anxiety, depression, eating disorders, sexual assault, and more.

EMDR is a neuroaffective intervention that actually builds new neural pathways related to aversive life experiences. EMDR can diffuse your triggers, eliminating the floods of emotions, distorted perceptions and thoughts and somatic experiences that are associated with things that were overwhelming. Keeping you in touch with the wisest parts of yourself and healing old wounds.
